In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn all about the fermentation process and each will make 2 vegetable ferments to bring home; Apple and Fennel Sauerkraut and Dilly Carrot Sticks.
Each participant will receive a recipe pack with instructions, information on the benefits of fermentation and recipes to try at home.
